Important Information Regarding Price Adjustments

Dear Customer,

The situation in the Middle East continues to impact raw material prices, transportation, and rising energy costs. Therefore, we are compelled to further increase our prices, following our most recent price adjustment on April 1, 2026.

The price increases are distributed as follows:

PVC fittings/parts will increase by 12%
PVC pipes will increase by 14%
PP RIB pipes will increase by 10 %
PP RIB sockets/parts will increase by 10%
Other products will increase by 5%

The new price increase will take effect from April 15, 2026.

We have experienced significant price increases across nearly all our products and are therefore compelled to adjust our prices at short notice, effective from April 1, 2026.

These price changes are driven by geopolitical tensions in various regions worldwide, which have resulted in sharply rising oil prices, alongside increasing costs of raw materials used in plastic production.

We do not yet know the full extent of the announced increases in the coming months, but we are required to adjust prices for all products by 10% as of April 1, 2026, and further increases may occur.

Additionally, all our transport providers have informed us that oil and other transport-related costs are rising, leading to higher transportation expenses for both imports and exports.

Important notes:

• Offers already received are valid for 8 days from the date of issue. After this period, the offers will be adjusted either through revision or at the time of order.

• To receive an updated offer, please contact us directly.

• Prices may be adjusted in line with market conditions, in accordance with applicable Danish trade and consumer protection laws.
